On Wednesday 12th to 13th April 2017, Kyambogo University in partnership with Curriculum Assessment and Certification Systems Architects (CACSA) and UWEZO hosted the first national conference on learning outcomes. The theme of the conference was dubbed “Learning Outcomes: The measure of progress for Uganda’s Education”.
The Principal of Luigi Giussani Institute of Higher Education (LGIHE), John Mary Vianney Mitana, was among the key contributors in the world of academia. Mr. Mitana’s findings from this paper highlighted, ‘soft skills are a key requirement in determining an employee’s success in getting a job or advancing in promotional ladders on the job.’
The paper presented by Mr. Mitana is currently under review for publication. For more information about when this paper will be available, contact email@example.com
