The Role of Social Accountability in improving the quality of universal primary education
In July 2018, LGIHE participated in a stakeholders’ reflection and learning meeting on the role of social accountability in improving the quality of Universal Primary Education (UPE) in Uganda.
Stimulating debates and panel discussions on the contemporary issues affecting Universal Primary Education and how collaborative social accountability helps in addressing these identified issues characterized the half day meeting. This meeting was spearheaded by Build Africa in conjunction with FENU, thanks to the support from the USAID (GAPP program) and UKAID.
